Angharad Parry comments on the significance of the Court of Appeal's decision in Integral Petroleum SA v Melars Group Limited (2016 EWCA Civ 108) wherein the Court considered the parameters of the court’s jurisdiction in respect of challenges brought under s67 Arbitration Act 1996, and finds: "The Court’s approach is indicative of a “hands-off” approach to arbitration, wherein arbitral awards are not easily challenged."
