C5 Geneva: Fraud, Asset Tracing and Recovery

20 Essex Street are sponsors of the 10th Anniversary of C5's Fraud Geneva conference, March 17 – March 18, 2016.

Speakers across the two days will provide real case experiences and insights from those at the forefront of global fraud litigation and asset recover, including two members from 20 Essex Street. Stephen Atherton QC and Blair Leahy will be speaking as part of a panel on 'Prest for an Answer: what to Do When you Can’t Pierce the Corporate Veil'. The panel will consider the limited circumstances in which the corporate veil may be pierced, and the alternative legal bases and strategies available to recover assets when the principle does not apply.
