David Lewis QC contributes to GAR publication: The Guide to Advocacy – Third Edition

David Lewis QC has contributed a chapter, titled “Cultural Considerations in Advocacy: United Kingdom”, to Global Arbitration Review (GAR) publication, The Guide to Advocacy – Third Edition.

The Guide to Advocacy is the essential resource for those working in arbitration. 24 chapters cover a range of topics, with text boxes of insight from leading arbitrators throughout. The Guide is a useful tool for junior lawyers who wish to develop their advocacy skills, as well as a manual for civil trained lawyers who would like to feel more at ease with cross-examination.

David’s chapter discusses the globalisation of international arbitration and the impact on national cultural apporaches to advocacy. David summarises specific techniques that may help assist epitomisise the UK approach to advocacy in international arbitration.
