Edward Ho named as one of Legal Week's Stars at the Bar 2016

Congratulations to Edward Ho, who has been named as one of the Stars at the Bar 2016 by Legal Week, which profiled 10 of the most promising barristers of 10 years call and under. During Legal Week's research one partner reported, "[Edward has] a keen sense of litigation strategy that belies his call", while others said Edward is “probably one of the best brains at the junior bar” and "responsive, bright and easy to deal with…better than other juniors." 

Edward joined Chambers in 2010 and has a particular interest in Private International Law and Civil Fraud. His recent and current cases include a number of high value arbitrations (concerning disputes in the energy, insurance and finance sectors), as well as litigation before the Commercial Court and Chancery Division (where Edward has recently acted for a H&M insurer following the seizure of a vessel by pirates; the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in a dispute involving the alleged supply of materials to its nuclear weapons program; a leading supplier of Video-on-Demand platforms; and the appellant in a significant and highly confidential Arbitration Act 1996 appeal)  .
