Insolvency/Corporate Restructuring Silk of the Year: Stephen Atherton QC

Members of chambers congratulate Stephen Atherton QC on being awarded "Insolvency/Corporate Restructuring Silk of the Year" at the 2014 Chambers UK Bar Awards.

Heavily involved in many of the recent major domestic and international corporate restructurings and insolvencies, Stephen is currently representing the general administrators of the estate of the late Mr Boris Berezovsky. He is popular with clients who appreciate his understanding of their “commercial drivers” and his ability to grasp complex issues quickly and communicate them. They describe him as a “brilliant”, “compelling”, “forceful” advocate “who will fight your corner to the end”. 

Stephen will be speaking at the Pinsent Mason Annual Restructuring Conference on 7 October 2014, presenting a legal update focussing on the relevant cases of this year.
