The first edition has become known as one of the leading works on private international law and has been repeatedly cited by the Courts of England and Wales and other Commonwealth jurisdictions.
The second edition has been comprehensively updated and rethought, and includes a foreword by Sir Stephen Males. It has also expanded to include chapters on Singapore and New Zealand law co-authored with Belinda McRae.
