Survey places London as top arbitral seat‘ discussing the results of a 2018 International Arbitration Survey jointly written by White & Case and Queen Mary, University of London. As vice-chair of the Bar Council’s Brexit working group Gordon Nardell QC told CDR that professionals in London and Paris should be more focused on a conciliatory approach in light of other competing jurisdictions that continue to gain stronger footholds. The full article including further commentary from Gordon can be found on the CDR website.
