The event explores the long awaited Supreme Court judgment of CMA-CGM Libra. Discussion points include:

  • What does this judgment mean for the future?
  • Will it need a serious re-look at the SMS and require changes ?
  • Importance of independent experts having an overriding duty to the tribunal, light on recent guidelines on witness statements
