GAR Live: Singapore: Nakul Dewan SA to Co-chair

Global Arbitration Review have announced the return of GAR Live: Singapore, this year, in its 8th edition, taking place as part of Singapore Convention Week 2023.

This one-day conference will be Co-chaired by Nakul Dewan SA and Sheila Ahuja (Allen & Overy) and promises to bring together leading arbitrators, private practitioners, funders, expert witnesses, and general counsel.

Attendees should expect to learn and discuss the topics of financial disruption and the upcoming wave of disputes, including crypto-currency and banking disputes, energy related disputes (including those based on environmental, social and governance performance), disputes arising as a reason of geo-political issues in Asia (including sanctions and breakdown of supply chains), and issues related to diversity.
