Congratulations to one of our current pupils, Julija Stukalina, who has won the 2018 essay competition run by the London Common Law and Commercial Bar Association (LCLCBA). The title of Julija’s essay was “Forum non conveniens: Is Spiliada still fit for purpose or holed below the water-line?”.
The LCLCBA essay prize was established in 2014 in honour of past chairman Jonathan Brock QC who was an avid supporter of young talent.
