Jonathan Webb, Partner, HFW will be hosting leading speakers from the London maritime community:

  • Ian Gaunt, Arbitrator and Past President of the LMAA who will be discussing whether virtual hearings are the future.
  • Karen Maxwell, Barrister, Twenty Essex will be highlighting what’s new in London maritime arbitration.
  • Nick Austin, Partner, Reed Smith will be exploring legal developments emerging from arbitrating shipping disputes in London.
  • Jean Koh, Partner, HFW will provide her insight on cargo misdelivery claims ­ and how they play out in dispute resolution.
