Members of 20 Essex Street are saddened to hear of the death of arbitrator member, Professor Francisco Orrego Vicuña on 2 October 2018.
Francisco enjoyed a distinguished international academic and professional legal career with extensive experience as an international arbitrator. He has presided over arbitration panels in Venezuela, Spain, Egypt, Hungary, Argentina, Turkey and Chile.
Based in Chile, he was a staunch supporter and good friend of chambers. Our thoughts and condolences are with Professor Orrego Vicuña’s family.
