Blair Leahy will be presenting on the topic of Bankruptcy Tourism at R3's Personal Insolvency Course in London (23 October 2014) and Cheltenham (11 December 2014).
The one day course (which comes with 6 CPD points) will consist of a mixture of panel sessions, case studies and presentations. Other topics covered include: Equity of Exoneration, Bankruptcy and buy to let properties, Bankruptcy tourism, PPI and swaps for traders, Uncooperative bankrupts and Pensions.
Blair's session will consider the impact of recent court decisions and explore whether bankruptcy tourism remains a live issue.
